Ali Caner Can was born in 1990 in Antalya. The only child of a teacher mother and a doctor father, he is married and the father of one daughter.

After completing his primary and middle school education in Antalya, he went on to graduate with honors from the Mechanical Engineering Department at Yıldız Technical University, driven by his strong ambitions and ideals.

During his time in Istanbul, he began long-term internships at global and multinational companies while still at university, launching his professional career before even graduating. He worked in top-tier companies across sales, marketing, and trade marketing—progressing from entry-level positions to channel management—both in Turkey and abroad. His corporate background includes tenures at Bosch Power Tools, Reckitt Benckiser, Hasbro Toys, Nestlé SA, and The Kraft Heinz Company.

He successfully managed national key accounts, retail chains, and comprehensive e-commerce channels. His sales and marketing career, built on global Best Practices, was further supported by international training. Some of the major retailers and channels he managed include Migros, Carrefour, BİM, ŞOK, A101, Hepsiburada, Yemeksepeti, Getir, Boyner, Nezih, and Trendyol. In his trade marketing roles, he directed operations across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon markets. Throughout this period, he successfully executed both agency and client management roles.

Transitioning to the real estate sector in Antalya, he began his career as a consultant with the Realty World brand in 2021. He quickly built a reputation as a trusted, well-known professional, adding hundreds of highly satisfied clients to his portfolio. In his final year there, he earned the title of champion as the brand’s top-producing agent.

In May 2024, he founded his own brand, ACC HOMES ANTALYA. Together with his extensive and highly competent team, he serves both Turkish and international clients. The agency provides premium real estate services not only in his native Turkish but also in English, Russian, Arabic, Persian, and German.

He collaborates with all his partners sustainably and at world-class standards across commercial real estate, luxury residential properties, off-plan sales, investment consulting, land-for-flat agreements, and urban transformation projects. Furthermore, he provides expert corporate consulting to construction and contracting firms on sales and marketing strategies, team building, CRM implementation, market entry, and pricing optimization.

By combining the analytical discipline of mechanical engineering with the strategic management experience gained on his path to becoming a director in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, Ali Caner Can stands today as one of the leading figures shaping the Antalya real estate market.

Serving under the umbrella of ACC Homes International Real Estate, which he founded, Can leads a dedicated team of experts. He successfully manages the end-to-end sales, marketing, and team operations for massive developments, such as Capital İnşaat’s 216-apartment project and Lejant Proje’s 100-villa Antalle Concept Houses.
